LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - Today, President Trump has proposed the federal government take over Washington, D.C. Like the former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate and KIOF dissolved and closed down back on January 20, 2025, Project 2025 shows us if the federal government takes over Washington, D.C., the Corporation For Public Broadcasting (CPB) And National Public Radio (NPR) which are both governed by the D.C. Nonprofit Corporation Act would effectively be dissolved and vaporized into the dustbin of history along with many other D.C. nonprofits.

Should the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) plan for it's demise in the coming days? Yes, Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) FY26 Radio Community Service Grant (Radio CSG) applications applied for by the application closure date on May 20, 2025 should already be en-route to the Department of Commerce for processing on Pages 201 and 202 of the Telecommunications Act of 1934 in the following section: SEC. 393. [47 U.S.C. 393] CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXPENDITURES BY SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. (c) Of the sums appropriated pursuant to section 391 for any fiscal year, a substantial amount shall be available for the expansion and development of noncommercial radio broadcast station facilities.

To test the initial dissolution of the Corporation For Public Broadcasting (CPB) and the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967, the former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate and KIOF President & CEO's unilateral Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) FY26 Radio Community Service Grant (Radio CSG) application for $5.288 Million (because they contributed to killing "Daddy" by 2022 with Radio CSG denials in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 here in Nevada when "Daddy", a U.S. Honorably Discharged Navy Veteran was building the new public broadcasting station for southern Nevada Veterans while censoring Daddy and the area's Veterans) on the Las Vegas Public Radio brand rebuild.

We now navigate around the NPR & PBS Grift (swindling and government censorship) which we take his application out of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) FY26 Radio Community Service Grant (Radio CSG) workflow and route over to the Department of Commerce for processing under the Telecommunications Act of 1934 in the following section: SEC. 393. All appropriate Nevada State and County Taxes are processed by Portsonic Communications (Nevada) for rebuilding back the Las Vegas Public Radio brand in the marketplace. Simply put, this is how a representative Constitutional Republic is suppose to work using one the original five federal agencies as founded in 1789 being restored as we turn to the next pages in Project 2025.

This will be the iniial test ahead of President Trump and the Executive Branch federalizing Washington, D.C. alongside the 119th Congress prior to the D.C. Nonprofit Corporation Act being dissolved through federalization.
