LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - Enjoy one last attempt from the former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate & KIOF staff over at Portsonic Communications to restore the public broadcaster to it's original state of a noncommercial educational (NCE) broadcaster as the former staff gears up for commercial broadcasting. The "Las Vegas Public Radio" brand now continues in a different public broadcaster model as as service to run on the upcoming Portsonic Radio devices while the conduits to socialism and communism are being destroyed with the 5th denial for a Radio Community Service Grant (Radio CSG) for FY26 by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB). The 50+ year old model is being phased out.

It's received with no further consideration because the nation had gotten rid of it's grant program built on socialism and communism for picking broadcast winners and losers because these pieces of un-elected bureaucratic excrements on 9th Street only served 1,500 organizations with our, as in "We, The People's" tax payer dollars. They forgot the rest of the noncommercial broadcast industry for the past 50+ years when they knew well the Telecommunications Act of 1934 on Pages 201 and 202 existed way before their inception as a private centralized non-profit 501(c)3 of grifters in SEC. 393. [47 U.S.C. 393] CRITERIA FOR APPROVAL AND EXPENDITURES BY SECRETARY OF COMMERCE. (c) Of the sums appropriated pursuant to section 391 for any fiscal year, a substantial amount shall be available for the expansion and development of noncommercial radio broadcast station facilities..

It's pretty obvious to many now that the former Las Vegas Public Radio organization/PBS Affiliate and KIOF won't be coming back to air (in it's original form). It's because of the NPR & PBS Member Station Grift (swinding and government censorship) of 3 organizations here in Nevada alone who went through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) Radio Community Service Grant (Radio CSG) program over the past 12 years and stole all the federal tax payer dollars and hooked it into the state's tax payer dollars all for themselves so they could operate their organizations successfully and used the grifter program to push the remaining Nevada based organizations in the same vertical industry out of business with their cronies and crooked pals in government agencies by 2022. This is all seen in documents published by the former public broadcaster.

Communism 101 Lesson under Project 2025: If your going to institute full socialism and communism, you only serve 1,500 broadcasters annually, those same broadcasters in a noncommercial industry and then deflect by serving up a bunch of bullshit to those other public broadcasters while your working at converting the representative Constitutional Republic. Then use those same agencies to eliminate as much competition as possible over a number of years in markets across the nation while your installing and putting in place a full socialist and communist form of government. This ensures the final pieces of the socialist to communist dictatorship were set in place across each agency by 2022. It's all seen right here in Nevada as well as in Washington, D.C. via published documents at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) by the former Las Vegas Public Radio/PBS Affiliate and KIOF public broadcaster.

Now no organization within the noncommercial broadcast industry of the "public radio" branding across the nation get's a penny of our tax payer funds by these pieces of un-elected bureaucratic excrements on 9th Street in the District of Crooks swamp until they can explain it all to the American people on why only 1,500 organizations are continually being served through selective robbing of the nation blind for 50+ years for just those organizations and purposely leaving the rest of the nation behind with access to one's own tax payer funds. This quasi-federal agency either works for all or no one as Project 2025 shows while we are being free'd of a socialist and communist form of government with the next steps to cancel the Public Broadcasting Act of 1967 in the next rescissions bill to cancel the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) charter as authorized by Congress since 1967.

Military tribunals and public executions are now warranted of those moving the representative Constitutional Republic to a full socialist and communist nation based on a kleptocratic form of government.
