WSVN Channel 7 Miami Meet Up With LVPR President & CEO On NAB 2024 Final Day

LAS VEGAS (LVPR) - Las Vegas Public Radio President & CEO met up with staff from WSVN Channel 7 out of Miami, Florida for NAB 2024 at the "Elvis Booth" #WG as they were passing from the North Entrance of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) for the final day of NAB 2024 yesterday. LVPR extends a thank you to the WSVN Channel 7 staff who stopped by to see us. LVPR gives a shout out to everyone in the Miami-Ft Launderdale-West Palm Beach area as we continue to build KIOF 90.1 FM to bring LVPR's 48,000 Watt FM on the air.

Ironically, with everything going on with National Public Radio (NPR) these days, the question remains: will the NPR CEO's be covering the "Elvis Booth" #WG for NAB 2025 as the NPR scandal continues to expand and they are all out of jobs if NPR CEO Katherine Maher resigns as their public radio brand goes down "with the ship" when LVPR was considering to be the valley's newest NPR affiliate since 2020?
